What forms of Payments do you offer at CyberPiggy.com?
At CyberPiggy.com we offer a safe and easy payment through credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer as well as cash-on-delivery for certain countries.
Your website does not send to my country, what can I do?
At the moment CyberPiggy only offers shipping to countries within the EU. If you live outside EU and would like to purchase anything, please contact us via [email protected] and we will try to find a way to deliver the item!
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping within EU costs 10€. Shipping outside EU varies by the country you are from. We also offer free shipping on all orders over 200 € within EU.
How long will my items take to arrive?
Once your order is successfully shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Usually, it takes 7-10 days for delivery anywhere within the EU. If there are still some questions or problems, please contact our support via email at [email protected]
I accidentally ordered the wrong item/entered a wrong address. How do I change my order?
For order changes or cancellations, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. We will make sure to get everything sorted out as fast as possible.
My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders, once they have been dispatched.
I am unhuappy with the product I recieved. Can I return the items?
All items purchased through CyberPiggy website can be returned within 14 days from the day you received the item, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU in all EU member states. If you would like to return an item, we have a Return and Refund policy in place, which can give you more information on the process.
