What forms of Payments do you offer at

At we offer safe and easy payment through credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer as well as cash-on-delivery for certain countries.

Your website does not send to my country, what can I do?

At the moment CyberPiggy only offers shipping to countries within the EU. If you live outside the EU and would like to purchase anything, please contact us via [email protected] and we will try to find a way to deliver the item!

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping within the EU costs 5 € (22% VAT included) with an additional 5 € for far deliveries (some countries only). Shipping outside the EU varies by country you are from. We also offer free shipping on all orders over 300 € within the EU.

How long will my items take to arrive?

Once your order is successfully shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Usually, it takes 7-10 days for delivery anywhere within the EU. If there are still some questions or problems, please contact our support via email at [email protected]

I accidentally ordered the wrong item/entered the wrong address. How do I change my order?

For order changes or cancellations, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. We will make sure to get everything sorted out as fast as possible.

My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders, once they have been dispatched.

I am unhappy with the product I received. Can I return the items?

All items purchased through the CyberPiggy website can be returned within 14 days from the day you received the item, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU in all EU member states. If you would like to return an item, we have a Return and Refund policy in place, which can give you more information on the process.
